Registration

The following registration rules are applied to the MUE2016. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to the general chair of MUE2016 ( mue2016.conf@gmail.com )

Registration

All attendees at MUE2016 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues.

1. Sign on the registration page with your ID and password that are assigned to you when you submitted your paper to the system.

Author Registration

For Round-I
Early Registration by Jan. 25, 2016 - ￦700,000 KRW or $700 USD
Late/on-site registration after Jan. 25, 2016 - ￦800,000 KRW or $800 USD
For Round-II
Regular registration after ￦880,000 KRW or $880 USD
For Chinese & Taiwanese (20% Discounted)
Round-I: Early registration by Jan. 25, 2016 - $620 USD
Round-II: Late/on-site registration after Jan. 25, 2016 - $700 USD
*For the Chinese & Taiwanese discount, all authors should be Chinese & Taiwanese and live in China or Taiwan.
To be published in the LNEE for MUE2016 proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at this author registration rate and the paper must be presented at the conference.
Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

Non-Authors Participation Registration

Early Registration by Jan. 25, 2016 - ￦600,000 KRW or $620 USD
Late/on-site registration after Jan. 25, 2016 - ￦780,000 KRW or$780 USD
Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

Additional Fees

Extra pages
￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one additional page.
It is only concerned to the LNEE publication, and page allowance is as follows: maximum 8 pages (Free 6 pages + 2 additional pages for each paper).
Copies of proceedings
￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one copy of additional proceeding.
Banquet Participation \100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one person. Organization members or PC members can use a voucher (\80,000 KRW or $80 USD) for the deduction of a registration (please do not use this voucher with two or more registrations. It can be used for only one registration).

Cancellation Policy

● 50% of the registration fee can be returned within one week after author registration, otherwise, the refund is NOT allowed.
● For authors who want to cancel the registration after the review notification, we only refund 50% of the registration fee within one week after the review notification.
